Thermal Mass Flowmeter

Thermal Mass Flow Meter is accurate, easy to install, has no moving parts, and best suitable solution for measuring and controlling compressed Air, oxygen, nitrogen, biogas, digester gases,  methane, and natural gas flow. Heat dispersion (mass flow) technology to provide proportional mass flow measurement resulting in higher accuracy performance at a lower cost than orifice flow meter, Vortex shedding flow meter, and other gas flow measuring devices. Operating Principle: The thermal principle operates by observing the cooling effect of a gas flow as it passes over a heated transducer. Thus, there is no need for additional temperature or pressure compensation in the thermal mass flow meter. This meter is also used for compressed air flow measurement.


Turbine Flowmeter

Process Control Devices manufacture various digital flow meters used in industry as per fluid property. The turbine flow meter is used for measuring the instant flow rate of clean liquid as well as gas. It consists of a turbine rotor mechanism, pickup coil, and an electronics module. the velocity of flow is directly proportional to the flow rate. Media it can measure is water, oil, diesel, solvent, chemical, and any clear liquid. viscosity should be less than 20 CP.
